Reconnecting Yoga Retreat in India

This yoga and meditation retreat will allow you to reconnect with self-learning. It will let you experience the art of healing from the start and rediscover the spark within you to re-energize your body, mind, and spirit. The whole program is designed in such a way that it provides you with enough knowledge and practices to be able to establish a healthier lifestyle with solid daily practices and the right understanding.

Earth Yoga Village’s community has kept the village as natural as possible to make you feel connected, always keeping your comfort in mind. It has a very modern yet natural and minimalistic feel. It offers a cozy and comfortable stay in a blissful setting.

All together, they can accommodate up to 35 people. There are four-bedroom rooms and private single/double huts.

All of the huts come with an attached bathroom, as well as with your daily essentials such as towels, toilet paper, mosquito net, bed linen, bed cover, pillows, blanket, and a fan. Change of linen is done once a week.

There is also an onsite kitchen where all the meals are lovingly prepared, two yoga shalas, two healing and rejuvenation spaces, a small library, and a chill-out area. The whole village is very green and surrounded by many native trees and plants.

  • 08:15 – 09:45 Asana (Vinyasa/Hatha)

  • 14:00 – 15:30 Lunch / community circle
  • 15:30 – 17:00 Yogic philosophy / principals / mindfulness class
  • 17:15 – 18:45 Asana (Restorative-Yin-Slow flow)
  • 19:00 – 20:00 Dinner
  • 20:00 – 22:00 Day reflection / evening program
